Session Fees

Individual session: $300 (50 minutes). Longer sessions are available on request.

Medicare Rebates

If you have a Mental Health Treatment Plan and are seeing a Clinical Psychologist, you can receive a Medicare rebate of $149.05 per session (MBS item 80010). These rates are effective from 1 July 2026 and are subject to annual indexation.

You will need to pay the full fee at the time of your session, and the rebate will be processed to your bank account, usually within 24 hours. This means the out-of-pocket cost per session after the Medicare rebate is approximately $150.95.

Mental Health Treatment Plan

You can obtain a Mental Health Treatment Plan by making an appointment with your GP. Discuss your mental health concerns, and if appropriate, your GP will prepare a plan that allows you to access Medicare rebates for up to 10 individual psychological sessions per calendar year.

Private Health Insurance

If you have private health insurance with psychology or general treatment cover, you may be able to claim a rebate. Please check with your insurer directly.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged at the full session fee.
